Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines acceptable and unacceptable use of Vendium. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

You may not sell or promote:

• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Weapons, explosives, or dangerous items
• Stolen intellectual property or pirated content
• Adult content or services
• Products that infringe third-party rights
• Recalled or banned products

You agree not to:

• Commit fraud, including chargebacks, refund fraud, or fake orders
• Share account credentials or sell account access
• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions
• Engage in spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to access other vendors' stores or customer data
• Exploit platform vulnerabilities or security issues
• Use bots or automated tools to manipulate metrics
• Provide false business information
• Harass, threaten, or abuse customers or platform staff

All payment processing through Paystack must be legitimate:

• No test transactions disguised as real sales
• No self-payments or circular transactions
• No payment manipulation to artificially increase settlement amounts
• Accurate product pricing and descriptions matching actual goods
• Refunds issued in accordance with stated return policy

Protect customer and vendor data:

• Keep your password and JWT token secure
• Do not share customer payment information
• Comply with data protection laws for customers in your jurisdiction
• Do not store unnecessary customer data
• Report security issues to our support team

Respect intellectual property rights:

• Only upload images and content you own or have licensed
• Do not use copyrighted material without permission
• Do not claim others' products as your own
• Respect trademark rights in product descriptions

Violations may result in:

• Warning or account suspension
• Temporary restriction of store access
• Permanent account termination
• Forfeiture of pending payouts
• Reporting to relevant authorities for criminal activities
• Legal action for damages
